TP-Link's tech support was not very helpful and they don't offer refunds, only replacements, but it's a huge hassle to get them to actually put in the RMA request

I initially purchased a $200 router from Netgear that constantly disconnected and their Tech Support wanted me to pay to have them ship me a new one--no thanks!I took to Amazon and this had decent reviews and a fair price at $80 in July 2020.

The phone answerer, told me Tech Support would call back within the hour, as they did, except it was not their tech support, it was a 3rd party called TTB(The Technical Boys)
