    • Tp-Link’s tech support sucks
    • Incidentally, i was, prior to the suggestion of Tech Support, able to get Parental Controls back on track by rebooting,
    • Honestly I’m not impressed with either TP Links or Amazon’s tech support

    • I initially purchased a $200 router from Netgear that constantly disconnected and their Tech Support wanted me to pay to have them ship me a new one--no thanks!I took to Amazon and this had decent reviews and a fair price at $80 in July 2020.
