    TP-Link Wireless N300 2T2R Access Point, 2.4Ghz 300Mbps, 802.11b/g/n, AP/Client/Bridge/Repeater, 2x 4dBi, Passive POE (TL-WA801ND)

    • I tried calling the tech support but could barely understand her and all they do is make sure you have their product working
    • However, their tech support is very poor and they have no phone support #'s, you have to read through all their web docs.
    • I am fairly technical, but I called tech support anyway.
    • After many attempt, I did get connected with tech support but she won't help to set-up bridge but insisting on repeater.
    • The tech support people (I spoke to 3) could not tell me how either.
    • I have spent 6 hours working on getting this to work with 1 hour on tech support.
    • I followed the directions to set it up and it did not work, I tried multiple times, called tech support and the automated system says no one is available which is unacceptable since they claim 24 hour tech support
    • And TP Link tech support answers the phone and is willing to help configure settings!
    • Had to call tech support due to my lack of knowledge and they were more than helpful
    • I purchased this product twice due to the fact that the first item was "a defective product" per the tech support after on the phone for over an hour
    • However, I persisted, reset the device several times AND made several calls to TL tech support, and was finally able to get it going
    • End result-one hour on tech support- still unable to configure.

    • Luckily for us, it's a 24 hour tech support line, but unfortunately it appears to be outsourced to China
    • I never got it to work, no matter how many times I followed the instructions emailed by tech support
    • Very hard to get tech support.
    • If you are an American, you will have a hard time understanding the tech support accent.
    • I have tried everything but this thing refuses to play nice with my existing TP-Link router (TL-WR1043ND R)
