In the past with tracfone I have lost my phone number due to changing phones

But the browser is so slow and miserable that I wouldn't want to use it for hardly anything except maybe a brief googling to find a phone number or confirm some other basic info, and at that level I wouldn't really care about using a few kilobytes of "data" instead of free wifi.

It did take a few hours to transfer her phone number and information from her old Tracfone Flip to the new one.

Be prepared to lose minutes and maybe lose original phone number

I only purchased this phone to have a separate phone number I can put on my resume/applications

the biggest con of all -Clearly Tracfone sells your phone number to third parties, because within a few minutes of activation, the phone calls and texts started coming in, one after the other - all telemarketers.
