you give you invalid ticket numbers and say your phone is obsolete when it indeed is not and their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced

One of the worst 'customer service' experiences I've had.

Customer service is horribly slow; first and last tracfone!

But in my small sample, customer service is horrible.

(The actual phone, which I bought through Amazon, had a problem; Amazon's customer service was Excellent.)

I'm disappointed in the phones, and mostly, their customer service.

Customer Service will waste 30 minutes of your time and then tell you the system is unavailable and try again later

its easy and wonderful i bought it for opening new accounts and need another phone number not wanting to give my own but the extra bonus was it a good little product i do recommend this product is very cost effective
