My phone number and minutes were transferred over, (I won’t say easily)

It took about 20 minutes or so to activate the phone and have the old phone number and roll over minutes and hours brought over to the new phone

(My old phone is becoming obsolete)- and rather than simply allowing existing customers to pop their existing SIM card into the new phone.....they give us a new SIM card with this phone and merely transfer our old phone number to it

Having trouble getting the phone activated, getting phone number and getting already paid for minutes added to phone

i think you may have to be available to access your phone number whatever that may be

She finally gave me their phone number and said the problem is "more involved" than she can fix over chat, and I should call in instead

Activated and transferred phone number to one of them (online) and it worked like a charm

For 5 bucks what more could you want for an extra cell phone number?

its easy and wonderful i bought it for opening new accounts and need another phone number not wanting to give my own but the extra bonus was it a good little product i do recommend this product is very cost effective

and I also have a new phone number.
