No problem getting my phone number switched over to this phone

Moving my phone number and minutes from the ZTEs to the LG was done online with no problems.

It took over 5 days and 4 telephone calls to get my phone number and Tracfone minutes transferred, even though I followed the steps carefully.

When I received it, I went on tracfone's website, gave them my new sim # and said I wanted to transfer my old phone number.

I can see myself being able to keep this phone for a good couple of years as long as the O/S doesn't become too outdated
