What I am going to do is return this phone to QVC--who have an excellent customer service depart and return policy-- sever any and all ties with Trac Fone and go out and get a regular cell phone with a regular plan, because the difference in cost cannot possible make up for the aggravation I have to go through for any little change Trac Fone has
