Message on Phone screen flashed "Service Deactivated" and steady "invalid SIM"

Same message "Invalid SIM"

Yet after talking with them for almost 1 hour and seemingly the problem was resolved, but when I tried to use it again, it said invalid sim again.

Invalid SIM???

I purchased this phone and read the reviews as one person said it does not working ,I was sent a new SIM card it still doesn't work the internet works but can't make any calls I'm sending it

I actually attached a photo of the phone displaying the invalid SIM message and sitting next to the tech support letter that accompanied the new SIM card just so he'd know I wasn't being untruthful.

Sometimes it worked, often times it said invalid sim.

Came with defective SIM card, but Tracfone nice enough to send a new one out

But this was the second one with an invalid sim card

Latest thing seems to be a faulty sim card
