Got this phone, tried to activate it, kept getting the message "invalid sims card..called tech support, they sent a new sim cardsame story it would not activate, so they said "send the phone

I actually attached a photo of the phone displaying the invalid SIM message and sitting next to the tech support letter that accompanied the new SIM card just so he'd know I wasn't being untruthful.
