I've upgraded my Tracfone several times (I like the service) and this is by FAR the best phone I've ever had

Great phone and tracfone service is awesome

tripled the minutes, texts and MB for life, whats not to like, and reliable service

I am still waiting for the catch....this is a really great phone and the service seem very good for the moment!

It does get service " very poor service", send texts and we could play Pokémon together

The service is so poor that you pretty much can't use the "smartphone" features when you are not connected to wifi

I will be one Luna-TICKED OFF gal if I lose service in some remote area on my way home!

good luck with first two phones and service, but in trying to transfer my minutes from my old phone to this new phone I've encountered terrible customer service

yet there was zero signs of it roaming, and after dealing with horrible customer service who kept giving me the runaround with the same answers from the call center 10 times, until i got someone who KNEW that the problem was with the phone

Shame on TracFone for such shoddy service

About 1/2 way through the trip, I lost service with bad SIM card notices!

Horrible customer service 30 minutes or more of wait
