This drive works as intended, and is easy to use - just plug & play.

so no major loss, but had I known this would be an issue I probably would not have purchased this drive.

I would recommend this external DVD drive

Good quality drive, just plugged into my computer and works a treat

The drive was not working properly when received

For the price this is a great drive.
