It'll do the job if you're just getting into your first mic and boom setup, but I'd recommend getting something a bit higher quality when and if you get into serious regular use

but overall it does the job quite well.

Like I said it feels really cheap, however it does a great job at keeping my microphone sturdy

It'll do the job, can't complain too much, you get what you pay for, it just about does the job, but I don't think it'll take too much abuse

it's double-layered, and mounted onto a gooseneck arm that does a fairly good job of holding its position (though, definitely not professional grade)

On the bright side, it's double layered and does an excellent job of silencing hard sounds while speaking
