Great arm band and I’ll figure out around my only issue.

just a head’s up that if you have a (super) skinny arms, this may not fit

Great arm band

it falls down your arm once or twice in on a run no matter how tight you put it

I really really like this arm band, I’m only giving it 4 stars for the mere fact that it slides down my arm sometimes when I’m working out

It did chafe my arm a bit, but I’m sure I can figure that out or form a callus.

The material was hard and bulky which irritated my arm during my run

I found that the band didn’t adjust small enough for my arm making it hard to keep on my arm without sliding and my phone didn’t place correctly in the sleeve which was also a pain

This is not a good arm workout band for more demanding workouts like long runs, especially on the trails, on a Kaiser bike, or anything that really gets a sweat going - the band itself is a velcro band, not neoprene - and I believe that's a key element to an effective workout band so it can wick sweat and keep one comfortable

My iPhone 8 fits easily and securely and the plastic cover allows you to easily manipulate the touchscreen as if it was not even there
