This band has been great, fits my arm snug and securely.

the band is long enough that I don't have to worry about it being tight on my arm.

I would not recommend this arm band.

My only complaint is initially tightening the band, it really takes 2 hands, and when this is on your upper arm, you don't have 2 hands, so I hold the case in place by pushing it on something to hold it there, and pulling the strap with my other hand...it works.

I found that the band didn’t adjust small enough for my arm making it hard to keep on my arm without sliding and my phone didn’t place correctly in the sleeve which was also a pain

The band is soft and comfortable, the phone fits very well in it with the case and you can still text or change your music through it

The band wobbles a little on my arm, but I think that’s because of the weight of the larger phone more than anything.

The one I currently own is twice the padding and sturdier elastic band.

This is not a good arm workout band for more demanding workouts like long runs, especially on the trails, on a Kaiser bike, or anything that really gets a sweat going - the band itself is a velcro band, not neoprene - and I believe that's a key element to an effective workout band so it can wick sweat and keep one comfortable
