Great arm band and I’ll figure out around my only issue.

just a head’s up that if you have a (super) skinny arms, this may not fit

It did chafe my arm a bit, but I’m sure I can figure that out or form a callus.

Armband fits my arm and I have always had a hard time finding one that adjusts small enough to fit my skinny arms

I have a fat arm and thought it would roll down as I did activities, but it stayed in place

Fits my average man-sized arms well in a t-shirt or with layers and a coat.

The adjustable strap fits my thin arms well and is comfortable, though I have only used it once so far.

Because the strap is so elastic it also doesn't really bother my arm at all.

The Velcro is also nice and reliable, and the band hasn't irritated my arm which was one thing I was worried about

This is a nice arm band it has a stretching

yet I'm able to use my phone while it's in the case and my arm doesn't get overly hot when I'm wearing it

The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was that it doesn't quite fit on my skinny arms on the smaller setting.

I found that the band didn’t adjust small enough for my arm making it hard to keep on my arm without sliding and my phone didn’t place correctly in the sleeve which was also a pain

This is not a good arm workout band for more demanding workouts like long runs, especially on the trails, on a Kaiser bike, or anything that really gets a sweat going - the band itself is a velcro band, not neoprene - and I believe that's a key element to an effective workout band so it can wick sweat and keep one comfortable
