These work very well on some of my stationary devices (laptop/desktop), but the sliding piece comes off pretty easily so it was not effective on my phone (since I'm taking the phone in and out of my pocket quite a bit, and the sliding part snags and will come off very easily).

The adhesive is great and they have lasted a long time applied on the front of our phones where the FaceTime camera lens is at

gets the job done but poor adhesive - falls off a lot

Fortunately, the adhesive was good so that I could try multiple times to get it as close to right as possible.

The adhesive was not very strong and it wound up falling off within a week or so
