First the bad, the case it comes with is absolute garbage
-
The instrument does come with a soft case, trumpet stand, cleaning kit, and two plastic mouthpieces (5C, 7C) which didn't sound that good for me (I am used to playing larger mouthpieces).
-
The case is simple and lacking a velvet covering for the styrofoam padding, but it is functional
-
My trumpet came in a hard plastic case with raw naked foam in the inside to pad the trumpet.
-
I just don't like the case that ours came with.
-
I wrote to them and they answered me right away on Sunday and sent me a nice nylon black carrying case.
-
the case being complete garbage, it's really not a bad deal if want to join all your pBone friends or just need a trumpet that can handle rowdy environments.
-
BTW, they come with a cheap plastic case with a styrofoam insert
-
Received as desired/expected--cheaply made case (I have been careful with the chintz latches!) but does protect the horn--raw styrofoam (no velvet-ish covering inside case).
-
When I opened it, it was in a very nice gig bag, and not a hard case with styraphoam
-
The case is pretty worthless.
-
When I ordered mine, the case arrived with a broken latch and and busted up corner
-
D and C# below the staff are awful, nearly impossible to find the center
-
" Easy to hit clean pedal C!

I was looking for a inexpensive C
