THE JOY OF A STRONG DURABLE CLAMP

The clamp works well on a horizontal surface (e.g. the edge of a table or desk).

The flexibility, clamp strength and versatility, usb plug, light types and levels, and 30 minute timer are all excellent features (long list)

My arthritic fingers have a little trouble opening the clamp, but I prefer the clamp to be too tight rather than loose and slipping

Good quality clamp

The tripod, pole, or stick will be gripped so well by the strong TROND clamp that you can safely lift it up and illumine all kinds of areas as an extra-long “arm” to explore or light your environment easily

Only complaint is that the clamp itself is not as versatile as those found on the metal, clamp-on incandescent desk lamps, I suppose this is a trade off for the charger and light temp/intensity features.

It's the perfect clamp on lamp

The clamp is not as good as I wish, but so far so good...

My only complaint is that the "clamp" is somewhat limited in what it can be used on.

I wanted a led lamp that has a clamp and also with led light more comfortable for your eyes when you look at it because I needed this to almost directly light my face

The clamp is solid and opens wide enough for my desk, I've never worried about it falling over.

Clamp is perhaps not ideal, but everything else far exceeds this.

The LED's are behind an opaque plastic lens that diffuses the harshness of the LED's, giving a very impressive light footprint that doesn't hurt your eyes if you look at it.-The goose neck is easy to move, stays where you put it and keeps it shape.-The clamp is strong enough to keep the lamp secure when changing the lamp head position, allowing for 1 handed adjustments

The clamp is strong enough for the weight of the lamp, but not bone-crushing, and doesn't feel like it'll weaken over time either

The quality of the construction is excellent with a strong clamp and a flexible gooseneck which holds its position well

Finally, the lamp has a strong, spring-loaded clamp.

It has a nice, tight, strong clamp on it that is not loose at all

The clamp is very sturdy

The base is a sturdy clamp that I have attached to the top of my overhead bookshelf and since the neck of the lamp moves every way, I can hover the lamp right over the keyboard without causing glare on the screen.

The gooseneck lets me angle it just where I want the light to go, and the clamp is strong enough that the lamp doesn't move

Although the clamp is holding well, although we had to move the bed away from the wall to allow for the clip.

This is the finest clamp-on lamp I have ever had.

it is true, the clamp has its limits, as do all clamps, but i think it's more than generous for size and more than strong enough to support the weight of the lamp

Mine is clamped to a ledge of my computer cabinet somewhat above head level but with the On-Off, Brightness, and Color Temperature selection buttons easily accessible.

I was a little suspicious as to the brightness of the lamp that's 11W.

I use the USB port for a red LED USB night light to let me see briefly when it's late, the port works as it's supposed to

The TROND makes a great light for reading, studying, or working in and around vehicles as well as at home.

Now it doesn't light up the room anymore at night, and surprisingly, the power button still works as easily as it did without the paper and tape on it.
