seasons had complex plots, and I am not arguing that any character or sub plot was invalid because of the inclusion of a theme about particular sexual orientation

But the whole plot was idiotic and pointless

Good cast, good plot.

Will miss all of the great plots, and of course the community of Bon Temps.

Change of writers is evident as are plot flaws and inconsistencies

Bonds and friendships that developed over the course of six seasons is simply shrugged off with lazy plot devices, or worse, with no explanation at all

Single episodes are good but the overall plot is just bad
