What I wish was better about this product...♦︎ Earphone comfort was good at first, but my ears became sore after about 1 hour of use.

I have been trying a ton of headphones and headsets over the past year or so in my search for one with adequate sound, comfort and mic

Overall the comfort is great

The biggest factors my husband looks for when looking for gaming headset is sound quality (he wants to be able to hear very clearly when it comes to listening to the other players he is online with), comfort (he plays for hours at a time on raid nights), and the clarity of the mic (he needs to be able to communicate without it sounding like a bunch of background noise and static)

Add in better comfort as well.
