I just purchased/received the headset August 8th and in a matter of 7 weeks the metal prong at the end of the cord fell off when removing the cord from my Xbox.

This headset, being cheap, does get uncomfortable after extended periods of play

it is the best headset ive ever used it is so comfortable and the mic works perfectly
