The product worked for maybe a week before not letting you turn it on any longer

Absolutely a bad product it does not connect well to Xbox at all and even the bluetooth to your phone is crappy

Excellent product, superior sound quality and if needed Turtle Beach customer service is second to none.

Otherwise, great product, very comfortable and audio sounds great!

I've had really good TB products in the past

for its time it was an excellent product

However, the uncomfortable band, the hilariously bad apps, the lackluster sound, and the constant disconnects (despite verifying that my firmware was up to date) and drop outs mean I cannot recommend this product to anyone

I think they still have some room to improve, but the product seems solid now

However my kills per game have nearly doubled, 10/10 product

This is truly the worst headset on the market and a have been a turtle beach fan for years but this product is terrible keeps losing connection even from 3 ft away and with all the do's and dont's it still do the same thing and the firmware helps nothing
