When they worked, and after I figured out how to lock the buttons so the settings weren't accidentally changed by normal handling, they worked well, but with a modest range and frequent feedback/static

These have more features than other sets I have used and the range is better as well

Tested the radio using FRS frequencies transmitting traffic directly from one radio to another, I find that this device has a pretty good range even in an urban area
