My nice GMRS radios are okay.. but are just a click-in plastic to plastic mount

But after using each over the past week or so.. I had to go out back to work on my kid's tree house today.. and instead of grabbing my nice GMRS radios (to talk to people in the house), I just now realized I actually took one of these little units with me

It can all be programmed into a GMRS radio easy enough (for me anyway), but the display is still not very intuitive (for my wife and kids at least) as Ch-1, Ch-2 Ch-3

I first bought a set of really nice GMRS/FRS radios just to use with these intercoms

So the same type of ACTUAL (not marketing) range you would expect to get from a nice GMRS/FRS or commercial grade professional radios
