When ready, we noticed the pressure of the shrink wrap bent the board enough it cracked the wooden frame and about four inches of the cork

Each hole has a vertical slot above it and the metal hooks provided have a round tab at the bottom that fits into the hole, then slides up in the slot, anchoring the board well!I have no fear that the board will pop off of the wall if bumped
