This product is completely useless due to the fact that the instructions tell you exactly what software and firmware you need to download from their website to make the device functional, and when you go to their website the firmware that is called out as required is not located ANYWHERE on their website

since I have a PoE switch, this product is available to me without having to pay for an injector I don't need.
