Bottom line: 2 stars off for sending a bad unit, 1 star off for inflexible POE out port.

The PoE in and out options are great for offices where clients need decentralized switching but you are low on powerplugs (like many places in older inner cities)Added the 8 Ethernet + 2 SFP port switch to my main switching node along with a USG3P and AC Pro AP's, near enterprise level WIFI and networking in our home and office setup.

Perfect small POE switch to extend my primary switch

Only 1 PoE port out but works for what I needed.

I'm using PoE to power these switches, and it works great.
