The only disappointment was that it didn't include the website where you could log onto for free tutorial lessons

Incredible customer service -- two personalized follow-up emails, a handwritten note included in the kit, and an offer of free skype lessons (which we haven't had a chance to schedule yet.

LOVED the free lesson with Jeff.

I highly recommend this starter kit, and I also highly recommend taking advantage of the free skype lesson with Jeff to start you on the right track!

I don't know much about Ukuleles but he would not stop raving about the high quality, beautiful case and everything that came with the instrument, including support help and Skype lesson

but if you're not using at least the first free lesson you're already on the wrong path

She has practiced on it every day, and the lessons are so helpful, especially for her to know that it's normal for her strings to go out of tune at the beginning, and that some chords are harder than others.
