Terrific base and volume

Volume is excellent, the 1/4-20 threaded socket under the D-ring allows for versatile placement, and it probably would have been good, but as soon as I read in the instructions how you're supposed to Play/Pause and Skip, I'm sending it back right away

The best speaker, good sound, amazing feature to sync your sound when using several devices, tried it with three others, music in sync, good volume and bass.

The only downside is there is a decent volume gap between some of the lower volume settings.

I purchased an original UE Boom over 2 years ago, still have it, it works great and still holds a charge for over 4 hours at reasonable volumes

1 Hour at the river the speaker was on top of the ice chest and the speaker rolled into the water, it was in the water for a 15 seconds, was working good, sounded fine, than an 20-30 mins later the speaker was on the loudest volume, and speaker said critical battery please charge, few minutes later the UE Boom 2 died... need less to say I was not pleased with the battery not holding a charge, now the speaker won't last for more then 6 hours
