    • Good speaker, but horrible customer service, I've been emailing them for 4 months and calling them trying to get any information on why my speaker is completely broken, no lights, sounds, won't charge
    • First of all, their customer service is TERRIBLE
    • UE customer service has been completely infuriating, dragging out the process for weeks and just asking me for the same information over and over again
    • Customer service was clueless of the issue and every response took about 2-3 days, I gave up and returned it for a whole different product all together

    • And from first impression its great I also took peoples advice and NOT upgrade the firmware when pairing with phone or device with the app
    • Not worth the 200$ i pd for it..it has blown...the quality of this product is piss poor...i want a full refund...bunch of liars
