    Ultimate Ears MEGABOOM Charcoal Wireless Mobile Bluetooth Speaker (Waterproof and Shockproof)

    • I've never seen a Megaboom (or a Boom for that matter) packaged like this, I immediately contacted Amazon and Logitech support - both assured me that this was a brand new item (not refurbished or anything like that), although they were not able to explain the packaging.as for the sound - it is great.but the packaging prompted me to conduct multiple side by side tests with another Megaboom which (long ago) came in traditional packaging
    • I want to add here that the Bose Soundlink Mini II exhibited the same raspy buzz when confronted with deep bass notes that sounds very similar to that of the Megaboom, so I sort of feel like the Megaboom has a sound quality similar to that of the much less expensive Soundlink Mini II, while only offering a little more in terms of volume
