Ive heard that the fabric is plasma coated which gives it its water resistance

They claim water resistance, but the connections like power port and usb, etc are all just behind an awkward zipper which made the power plug keep falling out

Add the portability and the water resistance - it is my choice after researching for speakers around $150.

Haven't tested the water resistance, but will at some point if it rains!

Speakers themselves are fantastic, but I was clearly deceived about the water resistance aspect

so it needed to have some form of water resistance

The speaker is now working as it should I just need to make sure I never update firmware to newest version.

And from first impression its great I also took peoples advice and NOT upgrade the firmware when pairing with phone or device with the app
