We only used it about 5 times and the strap that you squeeze to open it broke

Broke the first time I used it

THE VERY FIRST TIME I tried to collapse it... the cables broke

It broke the fourth time I used

The cable on the other side broke off the second time I tried that one

Like others, the cable that you need to step on to collapse or expand the rails broke the first time I tried it (in my living room)

I ordered 3 of these carts at the same time, and all 3 broke the first time they were used.
