I was replacing an existing lock and everything I needed to install this lock, including the batteries and a good quality reversible screwdriver (nice touch on their part) was in the box

Battery life if horrendous (30 days at best).

The support issue was that after 6 months of use, the batteries were depleted (should last a year, but ok); so I replaced the batteries, but they drained in less than a day -- something was wrong.

Not sure why they are draining like crazy, have different lock with no BT form a different company and that lock lasts forever, this one just keeps using my batteries like crazy.2

we are very pleased with this lock, it is in a place where it get very heavy use and it still looks and works as well as it did the day I installed it, I would definitely recommend this lock to friends and family.

I’m not sure of the reasoning why, but it really doesn’t bother me too much as we always can get in somehow quickly and simply and haven’t had to use the key once

Wish ListI really wanted a lock that was IFTTT compatible, and that I could manage remotely, as well as get alerts.
