Lock works great and the customer support when I did have an issue with an handle was fast and extremely helpful in resolving an issue with the handle.

The product would be better if the fingerprint reader worked in cold weather

Opening by fingerprint scan has worked most of the times so far (a miss here and there, nothing mayor), and entering by pass code has been flawless so far

After about 6 months of flawless work, the lock did start draining batteries over-night and developed a problem.

It has worked flawlessly and it much faster than my previous locks.

I Bought my Ultraloq UL3 Blutooth and I love it, the ease of access to my house is great and the fingerprint scanner works really nice as well, the locks Great and function even better, my suggestion is to get yourself one, I personally have 2 and love them

The finger print access is a little hard to set up but it does work good.

Keypad is responsive and finger print scanner works great.

Our weather gets to -10 F and lock has worked great.

The new Bluetooth mode I didn't find to work that great but for as fast as the fingerprint works, I wouldn't have used it anyway
