Indeed, I don't imagine anyone can commit check fraud with PENS THAT

Their new formula (I'm assuming to get the "check fraud prevention" feature) is about six shades lighter and the contrast between old formula and new is just awful

I already have enough of a reputation as an eccentric as it is, so I'm resigned to having to reorder these frequently.

Writes well on thicker, printer like paper, but as for notebook sheets; not so well as the ink would bleed through the paper and waste pages in my notebook.
