I love these, the dark blue, the ultra fine point.

I like bold pens and despise scratchy fine point pens

If you are looking for a nice, reliable pen that has a super fine point (they call this micro) and are looking for black with maybe a tinge of purple undertone if you stare at it... then these will work well for you.

The point is super fine and the ink almost turns black once it dries and really doesn't look purple at all
