I'm a high school student and I'm not a fan of bright neon highlighters

They're not obnoxiously bright or neon like traditional yellow highlighters

The transparency and color saturaction still felt pretty neon to me

I chose this particular set for the soft colors, as they make it so much nicer to go back and read dull pencil writing than the blindingly neon highlighters that I'm used to

Not too bright/neon looking.

The yellow and pink colors are more neon than I expected, but i like how it's double ended with a thin marker side
