Thirdly, and this is the main issue that has been mentioned here numerous times, the adhesive is crap, do not get impatient, if you don't let the adhesive sit for a few hours to bond (both mount and phone disc) you will, absolutely, definitely, see either one fall off in a very short time span

I could tell when I opened it that it lacked the necessary adhesive

But it's no good to me if the adhesive isn't more resilient to the heat of a car

Adhesive seems really strong for both phone plate and the magnet that attaches to vehicle

Started off great then got a hot day and the adhesive melted off and didn’t work.

And the extra adhesives are a joke after installing and mounting the magnet

Can't figure out how to contact the seller to get an exchange or refund or additional adhesive.

Get a different adhesive and it works fine.

I've tried the Scotch double-sided extra strong adhesive

If the magnetic is stronger then the adhesives need to be stronger, but that only complicates issue 3 more

Unfortunately, the adhesive that holds the base to the car melts in the heat and the base falls off.

The mechanism is solid but the adhesive to attach it to the dashboard was weak.

I really like this product very strong magnet and a very strong adhesive that keeps it locked onto the car.

Adhesive between the dash mount and the magnetic base keeps falling apart when in the heat of the summer

So, I installed it yet a 3rd time, this time moving it to a much less accessible area but with a different finish - hoping that the adhesive and the dashes material were possibly just incompatible

You will slowly but surely see the adhesive begin to peel off in the back, and your phone slowly but surely hang lower and lower until it basically all falls off the floor

I applied this to a flat, non-porous plastic dash, and allowed it to cure for 48 hours before using; however the adhesive quickly degraded over just a few weeks of moderate use and the mount no longer adhered to the car's dash

Really like this, holds my phone well, but after three months the adhesive is already coming loose from the point of contact on the dash.

The phone to the connector worked great but the adhesive to the car was not strong enough to hold my iPhone X

This was after I followed all of the instructions and made sure the surface was clean with no dust before applying the adhesive to the dashboard

The adhesive they provide for the mount is very cheap and IS going to fail on you at some point

This device looks very nice but the adhesive to mount it to your vehicle is terrible

The adhesive is really strong so be sure about the placement.

It works as it should, but beware if you own a phone with wireless charging capabilities this will prevent you from being able to charge wirelesly.

No problems or complaints as of today.
