There is no code to input or pressing weird button combination, simply load batteries and it operates the TV immediately

The buttons are working differently and I had so hard time understanding how it works

The buttons seem hard and requires hard press to select anything.

This is a larger (long) remote, easier to find, good button layout, worked fine with our Samsung KS8000 SUHD TV 2016 model, will control Samsung Bluray/Dvd player..

The buttons are a bit squishier than the stock remote, but it works and is responsive!

This remote worked right out of the box and had the same buttons available to us as the original remote at a fraction of the cost to replace with another "original" remote sold by Samsung.

The buttons are harder to push than I want and sometimes the tv doesn’t register the press

It doesnt have a smart hub button though so the only solution to that is going in to your TV settings & turn on the feature that makes smart hub automatically display when you turn your tv on

The remote's backlight turns on instantly when you depress the light button and goes off the moment you depress it again.

I like it because it has bigger button easy to locate.

We wanted to remote that we can hit the number buttons to change channels and not have to repeat ourselves 20 times with the voice remote

Large legible buttons, easy set up (point and click), synced with our Samsung with no issues.

The buttons don’t work right

You have to press the buttons HARD and even then they only work about half the time

Also lacks the hyphen "-" button of the original, which is problematic for people who only have digital television

A perfect replacement for the old remote that had several dead buttons.

Love that it has the "smart button" in the center of the remote, 1 click & all of the apps appear.

Works OK, but does not have a button that puts the channels, programs and program synopsis on the screen, like many remotes do with an arc of blue buttons above a round button surrounded by 4 directional areas.

Though the finish and touch is a little lower quality as the factory remote, this remote works just as well as the factory remote, with 1 extra feature the factory remote didn't have:an illumination button for the volume and channel buttons!That's such a great feature in the dark!The rest, the buttons feel a bit cheapish, with a high tension rubberized feel

My old remote has been dropped one too many times (I blame the kids) and the volume button stopped working

Pause and play video controls are reversed on this remote too, so get used to thumbing the wrong buttons

It works perfect only it’s better because it’s bigger and the buttons are easier to see and use

Some ways better than the original ones as the buttons are a bit bigger.

I hated that remote, it was so small and hard to click the right buttons

It lacked the picture size button which is annoying, otherwise OK and quick delivery.
