I love a company with great customer service.

I proceeded to buy two more for my family because of their great customer service and products

I do appreciate the customer service, but unless they substitute a better quality product, I don't think I would trust that my phone would not slip out during a run.

I have received an email from the seller requesting my order # to make it right, which is good customer service.

The quality is much better than I expected, price was sure right and delivery was just as fast and just as good as any retail internet service I use.
