After losing a phone in a kayak accident recently we bought these

Its very difficult to put phone in and impossible to take it out, I had to cut it to remove my phone

Phone is still accessable while in the case the touch screen works through the window of the case, however if your phone has side buttons they can be difficult to access

I bought a similar one from a different brand the year prior but the clasp on that one wasn't very secure and the pouch had come detached from the lanyard several times (once during white water rafting and I almost lost my phone for good)

Honestly, the best water proof phone cover you can get for less than $10

No water got through even with it sitting at the bottom of the river for over a day and the phone still worked no issues

I dove in and swam down about 40 feet to grab my phone while it was sinking.

My phone fit perfectly in the case and it stayed dry, no water seeped in, however my phone stopped working after I used it underwater in the pool to take a few 5 second videos in 2 to 3 feet of water.

I was able to take video and pictures under water without worrying that I was damaging my phone
