The latch is so easy to install and won't scuff or mark up the outside of the kitchen cabinets which was a huge concern with many of the other options available on the market.

No need to drill holes and risk damaging your cabinet doors (although the option is available for you to do so)

This is a great option for our rental apartment

I guess they do the job, just not the best option considering a lot of cabinets have moulding you have to work around in order to make it work.
