The left sounds great and you have to turn the volume up to max to get sound in the right earbud

My right earbud stopped working and they responded within 2 weeks and will be providing me with a replacement at no charge.

I haven't even had the headphones for a week and the right earbud is stuck and won't retract nor pull out
