The flexible cords are great, they keep the plug from wiggling around too much when I move my laptop which saves a lot of wear and tear on the port.

1st off I originally ordered the wrong cables and when I received them and realized I ordered the wrong ones I emailed JSAUX and let's just put it this way they 110% took care of me and I hot to keep the wrong cords on top of it and was able to get the correct cords basically free
