    • When contacting ChargenPro about my problem I was just told to make sure dongle is firmly placed into USBC slots, and of course I have been making sure I firmly place dongle into my Macbook, and it STILL losses connection
    • Color do not actually match; And the local looks a bit wired compare to the style of the mac(used knife to sketch it and erase it); not fully attach to the plot; Not very stable connection and shacking, will test more speed and feather later
    • Great design, solid aluminum build and reliable connection with power delivery
    • The connection is tight and every peripheral I throw at it just works.
    • Did not work properly on new 2018 MBP.Plugged in on the left side, it did not function at all and would not seat against computer (teatered about the plug).Plugged in on the right side, it only worked if you left it completely still (any movement disrupted connection and lost file transfers).On top of poor performance we were hit with a $7 restocking fee for an item that should not listed as working with our computer
    • I used Satechi's Pro Adapter and the connection was loose and gave me trouble with connecting the simplest kind of devices like a printer or mouse
    • Has all the connections I need and it has never failed on me
    • Connection is loose which means connect accessories get disconnected very often
    • Doesn't work very well and loses connection after doing so
    • My MacBook Pro would constantly tell me connection was lost while transferring files, and this was because the dongle itself would NOT hold itself in position
    • And then, do not try to connect your hard drive especially when you using the Time Machine, it is very likely to lose connection
    • The snug fit is important to avoid the ports being lose and the connection with the MacBook thus unstable
