in a usb port, you can charge thru the adapter as well as any port you would need
-
I tested all ports and everything works seamlessly without getting hot
-
The HDMI, USB and charging ports work well.
-
The ports all work as expected (albeit a little tight to insert at first) and the silver finish of the adapter matches my silver Macbook Pro perfectly
-
I use my MacBook Pro as both my desktop (with an outside monitor) and notebook, and this is the perfect device that allows for smooth transition - when as a "desktop", it connects to my monitor via HDMI, as well as various other ports that I need for my home.
-
Slightly thicker and the ports are rearranged a bit, but again solid well built product that adds the support Apple forgot, so you can use the things you love.
-
All the ports seem to work just fine as they did with the dongle
-
All ports worked well without issues
-
I checked out all the ports on the adapter and everything worked just as it should... and that was connecting multiple items at the same time
-
SD/MicroSD ports seem to work fine though I haven't done any analysis of transfer rates

-
The USB-A ports are a little difficult to get devices in and out, the fit is quite tight, but I have tried other hubs and this seems to be usual, unfortunately
-
I have not tested all ports yet, but the USB-C power port, USB-3.0 and SD card reader work great so far.
