the adjustable neck makes it perfect for picking up sound at face level or at the level of an instrument.

Flexible neck is very helpful and the mute button comes in handy

As other reviews say, the neck is very sturdy and goes where you move it to (this is after a few days of use).

I don’t really want to see the device sitting on my desk so the flexible neck allows me to set the base behind my monitor with the mic just showing under the monitor allowing great reception and voice recognition.
