When I was trying to adjust the apparatus that holds the microphone, the screw completely fell out with barely any force applied

so my review may not apply; however, the thread to screw the shock mount into the rest of the arm was stripped towards the end, and the screw in to connect the arm to the clamp is damaged in some way that I can't see, it still will freely pull out of the clamp

The pin should be solid so that the set screw in the C-clamp won't make it collapse when tightened, which can cause the mic arm not to move freely

The screw that keeps the arm from turning is hard to keep tight (because it’s cheap and it wasn’t meant for what I’m doing)
