I got a couple of drips which spoiled an otherwise excellent finish, sand them out and reapply

My solution was to sand down the clear finish with (800/1500/2000/2500) sandpaper and then polish with orbital sander and marine grade refinishing compound

Great for the person who wants a decent finish without a trip to the body shop

I've painted two motorcycles with this clear coat and it has an amazing finish

I found that it was rather thick clear coat and could support a slightly ticker layers, so the first few thin coats were applied following by the final thicker coat which left am amazing gloss finish that looked like glass

Leaves a nice glossy finish.

If you are like me and watched all the videos on how fix your peeling clear coat and to specially get this clear coat don’t waste your time unless you have a body shop mix u up some base coat and even then the finish from this can is rough not shiny and not smooth did more harm then good to my hood

This time the clear did harden as described but in order to get a good finish you have to lay multiple coats down

It flows out to a nice smooth finish.

Basically to get a decent finish in the automotive field you would be better off to buy a gallon of real clear coat, mix it and shoot it with a harbor freight spray gun

Perfect mirror finish saved me a trip to the body shop

Sprays well, and gives you the best finish that is comparable to an air gun finish

then tried a medium cover coat and the cloudy finish started to show.

However the finish looks damn near a factory finish so happy!
